Inphonic ripoff false advertising rebates Washington District of Columbia

Inphonic advertised a $75 rebate per phone (total of $150 for 2 phones on family plan) I submitted the rebate forms with proper documentation for both phones in the same envelope. My complaint letters included the information that two phones were purchased but only 1 rebate was paid.

They paid one and when I inquired about the second I got a form letter stating that my claim was "invalid because a claim had already been processed for this mobile number".

Good luck to anyone trying to get a rebate from this company, it took 5 requests just to get the rebate form. 3 requests so far for the promised rebates.
