After being promised training, you will be told to just sell more insurance useing the most lucrative policies so as to make it worth "your' time and learn by your mistakes! If you have a problem, don't complain unless it is seriouse or you will be allowed to "die on the vine" because there is just so much money to be made with Obama care". I was left responsible for 400,000$ liability because the staff didn't want to rock the boat and make it hard for others to sell policies for a companie that was to complicated to correct mistakes, in this case, one for 400,000$! Don't befooled about adequate traing promises, it is not possible to be proficient on dozzens of companies at the same time, each changing policies almost daily to deal with obama care.
