Instaflex Free Sample Scam Murray, Utah
*Consumer Comment: No ripoff here
*Author of original report: A Ripoff Plain and Simple
*Consumer Comment: Instaflex
I found Instaflex on the web. It was an advertisement offering a free sample. I would only have to pay the postage. I read all the fine print and it seemed like a no obligation, no-risk proposition. I filled out an online form and gave them my checking account number understanding that the postage would be taken out of that account. I received the sample in the mail about a week later and all was good.
But then, three weeks later a larger bottle of Instaflex came to my post office box and I find that $48 was deducted from my checking account. I never ordered any additional product.

This is a ripoff, plain and simple. I am neither illiterate or stupid; I have a Bachelor of Science college degree and I am computer literate, but somehow never understood that I was signing up for a monthly delivery. Could it be that the ad was intentionally deceptive? Here in Maine we like to call a spade a spade and this is a scam. If your product is good you shouldn't need to trick people into buying it.

OK, just WHICH part of these "Terms and Conditions", that you AGREED to when you ordered, do you NOT understand ???? This part of the "Terms and Conditions" is the very first part of the statement. And this is not even in "fine print". In fact, it's quite boldly shown on the website. How on Earth can you possibly say that you never saw it ????
Unless you cancel before the end of your trial period as specified above (within 18 days after placing your order), you will automatically be enrolled in our Auto-Ship program. We will ship your first 30-day supply of Instaflex at the end of your trial period, and you will be charged $74.98 plus any applicable tax. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh 30-day supply of Instaflex about every 30 days for as long as you stay a member of our auto-ship program. The card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged $74.98 (plus tax if applicable) when each new product ships. To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must call 1-877-869-3310 at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly delivery ships.
You must be either illiterate, or just plain stupid. Which one is it ????? You HAD to read and agree with this statement BEFORE your order would be shipped. Now you claim that you read EVERYTHING, but never saw THIS ????? Yep, either stupid or illiterate, or more than likely BOTH. Nothing else fits.
