Instant Bulk SMTP - Takes half month to set up server & unable to perform restore as promised Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Instant Bulk SMTP promised to set up server and perform restore from my current backup.
However, they took 15 days to have server ready and another 15 days to perform the restore and the restore is still not done.
I haven't gotten to use the server or their service yet for a month since I paid $300/month for the service.
So when I asked for my refund since I wasn't happy and satisfied with their service, they replied they can't refund.
Please stay away from this company.
