Said I could upgrade my report with more information about the persons I was inquiring about by eluding they had more information for 20.00 and the reality is there was no info as the Bright highlighted sign indicated. When I called and complained they said they go public records. Also, I wanted a PDF and their is no mention that iPads can't download PDF and I couldn't retrieve the info and was charged they also said they would refund some of my money 11.00 and cancel my membership they sent me an email that had no content when I responded the email address was blocked therefore I feel this company is fraudulent. I got nothing for my time and money spent 67.00 in less than 24 hours. They had no remorse and did not honor their promise. I talked to a woman named Claudia who was at first pleasant but soon rude. I feel that Instant Ceckmate is a scam they advertise that you can find out everything about a person of interest and do not deliver what they advertise on the internet. I sign on looking for an ex husband and trying to find out where he is because he owed me money and has been in my town and I was trying to figure out where he currently resides he is a scrupulous character and seems to be able to rip people off and I was curious if he was still in my area. First time I tried this,  last time I will do this I assure you. It seemed reasonable for the price and easy enough but the information I got was what I already knew. They offered an upgraded package for 20.00 more  they had a highlighted tag that said more info is available for 20.00 more so I thought I will upgrade what a joke there was nothing more. So I tried to search my roommate just out of curiosity nothing even upgraded to see if it was for real nothing they are a scam and I callled them and they totally blew me off they offered a refund of 11.00 I settled for that and figured I learned a lesson but what really frosted me was when I got the email from them and open there was no content. I replied with a scathing letter and it came back no Internet address . They lied to me! Not only did they lie they represented their ability to investigate as they promised. This is the probllem and it hurts other  internet business that are litgitmite.
