Instant Checkmate (Las Vegas, NV) Background investigation company misrepresents terms of service. Signed up for one-time charge, but company continues to charge my bank account on recurring monthly basis. The company will not stop Misrepresents terms of service. One time service becomes reoccuring bank account charge. Internet

Signed up for one time background check with Instant Checkmate out of Las Vegas, NV. The company unscrupulously used my debit card number to set up reoccurring monthly charges. I know exactly what I signed up for at the time. Called company and CRAZY poorly speaking Indian customer service representative insists I signed up for extended service which is complete bull s**t. The CRAZY Indian then calls me back twice yelling at me.
Stay away from this company, complete scam.
I will do whatever necessary to recover my money, but this should not be necessary.
