Instant tax solutions charged me 1500.00 on my cc to help me with the IRS. A week later, they told me since I allready had an offer in compromise with the IRS, they could not help me in any way. Of course they would not refund any money. The first time I talked to them, I mentioned that I had an offer in compromise allready for 1000 a month. They mntioned they could take over and help me. I apprciate any help. Thank you Graciela Harding
