Instantly vivid 2 High Point Charge my account with out authorization North Carolina

They charged my account twice without my consent. I did pay $4.99 for a trial but didn't expect them to charge me the next month 0f $88.00 & $89.00.
I thought they would notify me of another shipping, but No they didn't!!!! I called Company couldn't understand a word from 2 people I talked to.
All they did was talking about a $100.00 Walmart gift card. I said I don't want a gift card please just put my money back in my account. She got mad because I wouldn't let her keep talking that I couldn't understand. She hung up on me .Dont know if I'm getting my money bank or not. I called my bank they are going to help me!!

I got a free sample for my girl friend, read the terms and ordered...then they took $88.99from my bank account 4 minutes into the 15th day I called 3 x's until I got someone I could undertand, I then demanded my $$ back the told me read the terms and conditions.
I told the person that I had and that it does say i had 14 days -4 day for shipping I told her please read me the 1st paragraph she did I said no where does it say the 14 days -4 for s/h start when I submit my order she put me on hold came back and said I'm authorized to offer you a 33% refund of course I said no.
I want my $$ back and repeated what I told her she put me on hold came back and said I'm authorized to give you a 65% refund will yu accept that so I figured I'd quit while I was a head and got 65% of my $$..............DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER.....nowhere it is written the 14 day's start a soon as you order the product.....
