Instatrim charged me for two bottles, did not request, ripped off and scammed screwed others too Mandan North Dakota

Hi my name is chuwanda smith. I've order a product from Instatrim bcak in May of 2003, about three months ago. I order the fre sample pills, were I only had to pay for the shipping and handler, Which was only 6.95. Then a month later ,the company sent me two more bottle for $68 dollars, which I did not request for.

The company also charged my credit card $68 dollars which I did not authorize them to do. So once I've received the second package, I return it back to the company. after I returned the package, I've gave them a call to let them know I was returning the package. The agent that I spoke with said that the company will refund my money back into my account.

So a month later I still have not heard any thing from the company. I have even email the company, and still did not here any thing from them. So my husband gave them another call. I don't know who he spoke with, but that agent was very rude. My husband was trying to tell him his problem and the agent kept saying we have not sent the product back, and he said it with a nasty attitude. So my husband ask to speak with a manager, the agent said there is no manager here. My husband ask how do I get intouch with a manager.

The agent told us we have to email them, so he gave us a email jenni@instatrim.com. That same day i sent a email to the address the agent gave to us. Then I also sent a email to the other address they give on the web sight, this was the second time I've sent a email to customerservice@instatrim.com. A couple days later I gave them a call, because they have not responded to any of my emails.

On july 11, 2003 at 2:56pm I talk with one of the agent that work with the company. His name is Shane. he would'nt give his last name. So I told him my situation after I told him every thing he look up in the computer to see if the product was sent back. Shane told me the product was not sent back. I told him it was sent back two months ago. So he put me on hold for a while. When he came back he told me my account will be refunded with in 3 to 5 bussiness days.

So 3 to 5 bussiness days went by, the company refunded me $59.90 on july 14, 2003. The amount they took out of my account was $68 dollars and they only gave me $59.90. So anyone thats going to try this product or the company . Don't try it they are ripoff. They are only after your money.
