Every step to comply with requested documents are disputed by this drop shop company to release settlement money from insurance company. Every follow up to find status turns up a bogus detail that is not realistic to obtain. I am continuously bounced to some new representative of who? the mortgage company or this contractor hired to confuse a process and make up excuses to hold your money. Wish I knew what my rights are and who can you report this greedy game to? Attorney general State regulatory agency? Feds. Seems homeowner is last to get paid. The one that needs it most
