Insure me Bankrate insurance AWFUL insurance leads, HORRIBLE service , AWFUL and phony leads for auto insurance..they refuse every credit request..even if the phone is disconnected and info is fake. They keep charging my credit card without permission Denver Colorado

I have been using Insure me internet lead co...for about 5-6 months.  Unfortunately didn't pay enough attention to be sure my requests for credits were being accepted...when unusual charges hit my credit card, I began researching only to find my legitimate requests for credits due to fake info. Disconnected/wrong numbers were all not being credited 

these are awful leads. Our return ratio for bad and inaccurate leads are 65% and called a manager that was rude, obnoxious and refused credits

i would strongly discourage anyone from using Insure Me leads as they are awful along with the awful employees

American Strategic Insurance-ASI I paid the premium on my homeowners insurance and expected ASI to pay for any claims I might have to file against my policy. I had two sewer drain back ups in my basement in January and August of this year. The January claim was paid. Now ASI is saying that they paid the first claim by mistake and they won’t pay the current claim. I have $10,000 coverage for this type of damage and now ASI says I don’t. How many insurance companies do you know of that just pay out claims without first checking to see if the customer is covered? I don’t know any. I also have more water in my basement as of today, 9.2.20. Now my contractor won’t return my calls. ASI has probably threatened him again to not help me anymore. I can’t afford to pay $20,000-30,000 out of pocket for repairs and am afraid I could lose my home because of damages. I don’t think another insurance company will want to insure me either. I also didn’t choose to be insured by ASI. My account was sold to them by Progressive. St.Petersburg FL
