Integrated Card Service ,ICS, Colt at Integrated Card Service signed me up without my permission/approval. I filled out online application but told him I had to wait to see if the others in my business approved. The next thing I Signed me to a contract without my consent, will not 'recind' Thousand Oaks,, California

Colt, sales person for Integrated Card Services took an online applicatation.  I specifically told him I just wanted to see if I could qualify and if so then needed to check and get consent of others in my group, I told him NOT to sign me up until I called him with permission.  He signed me to a 1 year CONTRACTanyway, without telling me and without my consent .  When I objected he said I could opt out for $350!  He refused to cancel the "contract"  Now they are charging me $40 per mo AND a $129 assessment fee.  I have not used the service and will not use it.
