In August of 2011 I had a few customers attempt to pay for services using credit cards. As a Contractor it's not to often that my customers request this but I figured it might me nice to offer. After speaking with a sales representative from this company I felt this would be a great decision. It was explained to me that the fees would be minimal and there was no annual fee. Boy was I wrong.

I filled out an application which I thought was preliminary to finalizing the deal through ICS. Turns out from the second the application was filled out I was locked in. They are pretty smart about the billing I will say. The first 3 months of fees are waived, (so you don't notice any debits from your bank account), then there is a $14.95 fee for a terminal (which was never provided) at the beginning of each month as well as the service fees which are debited toward the end of each month. The service fees were all different amounts (so its more difficult to notice I'm guessing). They got me for $84.00, $75.00, $42.00, $52.90.

 After 4 or 5 calls to customer support and sales support I got nowhere. I was told I had to cancel my account in writing and after doing so I was still charged for another month because "it can take up to 30 days to cancel your account".

 This company has lots of hidden fees with no recourse of getting any money back. Unfortunately I never even used their service or had a customer pay with a credit card.

 Please beware and I hope this report will save someone the headaches I have gone through.
