I received my phone bill with a charge from AGORA SOLUTIONS (A voice messaging service). I do not know where this charge came or what it is for. I feel this is COMPUTER FRAUD. I called the 800-736-7500 number on my phone bill and was met with a very rude contact person and they refused to credit my account.
