Integretel Inc Aka QiTel VM Service ripoff signed me up & charged me for services I didn't ask for consumer rip-off fraud Plano Texas

infact I was out of state & nobody was in my home, when they said someone had taken the call.

I recieved my phone bill with 2 monthly fees of $19.95 ea.& a set up fee of $34.95, total $74.85. I had no idea what they were for. I thought possibly some internet fee through my local phone company, so I went to the web address of my internet carrier, thinking I had missed a notice of something new coming up in my last bill.

I found nothing on their website so I searched the web for QiTel, to at least find out what services the company provided & I came upon all the ripoff stories affiliated with this company.

I called them & they told me that someone in my home had taken the call. I told them there would of been no one that would of been here that could of done that, besides me & I knew I never took the call. I asked for the date the call was allegedly made, which she replied Dec. 28th, & I told her that was totally impossible, I was out of state visiting my daughter & grandsons for Christmas.

She said that someone had to be here, that the number was confirmed, she also stated that they would discontinue the service, but I had to pay for the services I was already charged for, even if they were not mine,& that I'm responsible for whom I let in my house & it was upto me to find the person who took the phone call & make them pay me back.

My house was locked up tight ,no one was here while we were gone. Gee, could I be so lucky that a theif broke into my house & the only thing they took was a phone call from a telemarketer, I doubt it!! I told her they were a fraud & that many stories were posted on the internet of their fraudulant behaviors. She responded with "oh well". I gave her a quick piece of my mind & hung up on her.

So check over your phone bills carefully for these rip off artists!!!!!
