Was billed $16.44 by Sprint for a Integretel Inc charge for a phone call not made lasting 4 minutes!! When I contacted Sprint to have this charge removed from my bill I was told by Christina that I would have my service shut off if I didnt pay for the call the bill from sprint clearly states you CAN dispute the charges and they can not shut off your service. NOT what Sprint Representative told me. The representative at Integretel claims I have to pay for the call nothing I can do. However I have several options to report this fraudulant practice and filing my complain here along with the 30+ other ones is just the beginning!
