Received phone bill and discovered a fee for a voice messaging service on the "computer only line"
United Voice messaging billed by INTEGRETEL.

Local phone company agreed to return the charges.

But neither INTEGRETEL or United Voice (spoke to both individually) would cooperate.

Funny thing is the person they say signed up for this service doesn't exist?!

How in the hell do they get all the info they have/ie. mothers madin name, e-mail account and on and on.This should be investigated by the FCC since it's affixed to the phone bill. This is the second scam I have been involved in without my knowledge. The Video Professor is another group that charges for unordered items. I will go to court with anyone that wishes to start a classaction suit.
