'David' and his partner, a girl who's name I forgot came selling children's books. I was to receive one book every other month. They said it would take 6 weeks for my check to clear so of course by then, they have taken off with my money. I found a website at one point and wrote to complain and received ONE book in a poorly packaged envelope that was ripped open by the Post Office machinery.
This was last September and I have received nothing since. They posed as students earning a trip and were very smooth. The girl seemed to be his 'trainee' and was pretty quiet. I should have trusted my gut and said NO.
