Integrity Quest Inc Internet Initiative has been systematically withdrawing money from my checking account 3 times in December 2007 Sylmar California

My debit card has been charged 3 times in December from Internet Initiative.
I initially likely spent the $3.88 on about 1 Dec 08 for some item that I never received, and then I was billed $72.21 on 8 Dec 08 and another $38.84 on 31 December for a total of $114.93 and I have not received any product or communication of any kind from them, to my knowledge.
This is true per my bank statement
