After being abandoned by a seller on Craigslist that had me drive 6 hours rmeet. I was running less than an hour behind due to a flat tire Long story short., I used Intelius To try and locate the seller and it said it was only a one time charge of .94. Now 1 week later, Intelius Rips off $29.99 from my PayPal in the middle of the night!
