Interact Moving Will not deliver our package to Brazil. We shipped a package in August 2011 Now March still undelivered Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Package shipped in August for delivery before Christmas. We are told in January that delivery is held up because of customs duties between states in Brazil. Then told could not be delivered to address stated. We gave another address and was told package would be delivered right away. Now a month later and package still has not been delivered.

you paid interact moving located in fort lauderdale ( we are not in any way related to interact moviing of california ). to ship your goods, witch we did. we are not responsible for things that are unrelated to us, for instance a strike on port of destination. that strike cost us a ton of money that by right should be paid by the costumer. however we went above and beyond our obligation to deliver everybodys goods. if there was delays, sorry not our fault, complaint should be made to the brazilians outhorities. we like always held to our and. if you package was not deliver on time again not our fault, if you gave our company and adress that was undeliverable also not our fault. you should have our adresss and our phone number so please let us know who you are and give us your information, chances are your package was already delivered if not we carry the legal insurance to cover these kind of events if you your invoice has the description of the itens shipped, if customs held your package because you took something that is ilegal to be shipped is not our fault and insurance will not pay. please give us a call, our adress still the same so is our phones, tks
ps; ripoff is this website that put you guilty before you have a chance to defend yourself and you decide to remove the complaint you have to paid them some money, 2.000. uds how is that for a ripoff
