I had a short term contract through IBS.  They placed me at a company and I found them to be superior to other contract companies that I have worked with because they kept in contact with me, had better than average benefits, took me out to lunch twice even though I was only in the position for three months, and have stayed in contact since then.
 
The original complainer does not give any specifics/details about why he is so disgruntled. I think the complaint would have more credibility if he or she explained what was so bad.
