This company is the biggest scam in the world, their software is junk and never works, the support "team" is a bunch of uneducated people that take your number and never call you back.
I signed up for their service thinking it was going to be easy. YEA Big mistake. They took my money but wouldn't help me.
Steer Clear of INTERCloud9! If you need a VOIP dialer service pick a different provider. Plus they are way over priced and the software is out dated doesn't work, and when you try to call they are NO help.
Do your self and your Company a favor do not use them.

“EDITOR’S NOTE 02/02/2018: Regarding the comments below … Ripoff Report is NOT related to any of the wannabe Ripoff Report sites. We don’t know if those other sites are scraping / copying our content (which is not okay) or if authors are posting their same content elsewhere (which is okay) but if you are finding the same content elsewhere it’s not because Ripoff Report is somehow connected with those other sites and placed it there. We are not Chinese company, and we never take money to Remove Reports.”
We have no record for an individual with the name of Andrew and a last name starting with T.
Ironically the same day we received an email from a Chinese company asking for money to have this review removed. Unfortunately, Rippoffreport.com has created an “Open Voice Forum” that’s not policing itself. Thus opening this open forum up for fraud and extortion tactics taking away from the value it could have provided. We found similar sites that mirror the same review comments for us and other companies but with different reviewer names. We can’t verify if these 3rd party spin off sites are part of a larger scam and in cahoots together. Either way common sense would say they are but were not going to waste the time or resources in verifying.
