I took my daughter there after she sent a request online.  They went through their credenitals, and talked me into a low level photo shoot for half price.  After researching the company and finding out others experiences after paying for the final photo shoot of $500-$600, I requested a refund of my $100 deposit the very next day.  They repeatedly toldd me that they could not find my paperwork and could not yet send the refund.  "Bettie" took down my number and promised to call.  Now that they have my number, for some reason, my calls arent being answered.

I am also a victim of interface. they really deceived us. on the first meeting they will tell you that they will promote you or your child to the companies as model. Towards the end, they will show you the pricelist.  You will be thinking that the amount will cover everything except for the copyright and print outs.. after the photoshoot they will ask you to pay for the marketing. You will really be shocked because they did not mention this payment on the first meeting. They will "advice "  you to pay for this, so that your first payment will not be wasted.

One more thing their website states that they will promote the talent...very deceiving!

By the way, I found out from the web that this company has a branch in New Jersey which was charged with consumer fraud: you can click the sites below for further details.

I guess this business in Maryland has to stop! This needs to be reported to authorities to give justice who are victimized by them and prevent other people to be their victims.

--you can file online or by mail. If you want to attach relevant info such as receipts, brochure, print out of their website (which claim that they will promote you/child); I think the mail option is more appropriate because they cannot accept electronic  attachments

First, I will say that I am sorry to hear that you have decided not to give InterFACE's services a chance for your daughter. If you did happen to take a look at some of the negative online reviews you will see that many of them do stem from potential clients such as yourself, who unfortunately, never gave InterFACE a chance to prove their services. We stand behind our services 100% and have several clients that have had great exeperiences with our company. However, we understand you must make the choice that best fits you and your family's needs and we fully support that. 

I apologize that you are having some difficulty completing the cancellation process. I would be happy to help you. Some of the disconnect may be because you are contacting the MD center directly. Please give our Client Services Department a call at 732-993-4220 to speak directly with a representative that can assist you with verfying your contract, and ultimately your refund if you still feel that is what you would like to do.

When you stated your calls aren't being answered/returned are you leaving a message on an extension? Are you calling during our normal business hours? Our receptionists answer each and every call that comes in the center so I want to be able to pinpoint exactly what the issue is so that we can be sure to address it internally.
