I bought the Empire Builders Plus program for $49,999 on December 2006. they lied to me, I supposed to be getting 10 Advance Coaching Session, 9 Home Studies Courses, Mentor program where they will make us do some deals. They offered us to make us buy 14 houses with their guide.
They didn't do what they said, as soon as they got my money they forget about me.

The Learning Annex guarantees all of our classes and services. We have taught hundreds of thousands of students successfully. When a student is unhappy with his or her training, we want to resolve it. Although the customer has participated in all of the classes and utilized the bulk of the services offered by the International Association of Investors, we have issued a credit to the student for the services not yet provided. We are glad that we were able to resolve this student's concern. We have been in business for over 28 years teaching our students how to better themselves and we want only satisfied learners.
