This company, owned and fully operated by Chen Cai, a Chinese immigrant, is a total rip off. Me and my husband applied for a document with these people and paid $60 for two translations, and we never received the document. The phone is always answered by this individual and each time we identify our selves, he hangs up the phone or just ignores our phone calls. We asked for a refund by email and no answer was provided… they refuse to be in contact with us… we are thinking of pressing charges against Chen Cai and his bogus company soon.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I have been taken by this company as well. Please respond to this rebuttal if you plan to pursue legal action against this company. I will join you as well. It may be a small amount of money but this a*s**** has our personal information.
