I recewived a letter stating I should pay $9 to be entered in a contest to win $15,000. That's funny because I never entered the contest, also the top part of the letter states the toatal cash award is $20,000 but the grand prize availabilty is $15,000. It also states that the payment will come from a US bank, which bank is the question? This is what I'm going to do, is answer the question that a 3rd grader could figure out and send it in with no money and see what happens. I will keep you posted.
