In the 'official' mail from 'Las Vegas , NV 89193-8853' as the envelop showed, IBPI said "you have a sponsor guarantted opportunity. you have received the official letter of advisement with instructions for entering of said prize draws",asking me for CAD $25 procedural fee, but the reply envelop returns to :
