Here are only the facts:
1. Ordered two (2) DNA tests for my new puppy to see if he carries any bad genes on October 2009. Can't beat a good price and a 3-day results Gurantee.
2. Mailed DNA swabs back 12-15-2009.
3. Ingen confirmed in email to me that they received them 12-28-2009. The clock starts here for the 30-day result guarantee.
4. 30-days passed by.
5. Sent OVER 20 e-mails to company - NO response.
6. Called - but phone number is ONLY a answering machine and nobody answers.
7. Looked on Facebook to see HUNDREDS of other people who have been ripped off.
