It is a scam, stay the hell away! They lie through their teeth (fake address and credentials) and will trick you with highly inflated appraisals from AIGL (American International Gemological Laboratories) which is based in downtown LA and has a dubious reputation. When confronted with the truth (with an accurate appraisal in hand) they will simply disappear. Bunch of crooks!
