International Merchant Services Small Business Owners/ Entrepreneurs Beware! Company Salesmen are Liars and Cheaters! Westmont, Illinois

I signed a new merchant account with IMS (International Merchant Services). I was told that my first lease payment would be free. After 3 weeks of using the equipment, I was charged the lease payment plus an extra $25.00 wireless fee that was already paid less than 7 days prior.

I was given a coupon for a free $50.00, which was never received.

Lease company indicted they never processed paperwork properly and therefore could not honor anything IMS promised me.
