Anyone interested in donating any monies for legal defense against IPA let me know. I have been sued by IPA 04 C 0332 on a frivolous basis, this is the SAME suit they filed against Cliff Brian and ipaopinions.
They asked for an emergency motion which was denied Friday. We are preparing to counter sue IPA. The attorney, Walter Trittipo will hold ALL funds and send statements as to his billings. Any amount will be appreciated. If you want to join in let us know (by clicking on the rebuttal button). Expediency is needed.

IPA is ravaging small business in the D/FW metroplex as we speak. They put me out of business with their great business insight. These low lifes got me during the birth of second child. I don't see how they sleep at night! I have heard of two other companys within 6 months that have been taken. (Possible could get them involve as well.)
I am not sure if it is to late, but I have been in decisions with my attorney about IPA. We could be looking for potential partners in stopping these crooks! They are trying to sue me now as well, like I am the crook here!
