Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
For several months, we have been having unauthorized charges on our ATT bill. I called and they credited the account, but this month, there is a new charge to celebnewsaddict, llc.
We haven't incurred any of these charges. I am angry that I have to call and be put on hold for long periods of time, only to find the next month the same or a new charge on our bill.
