Subscribed with Internet Local Listings last year based upon their claims of getting onto the first page of the internet at $200. per month. After a considerable period of time and money found that this was an absolute waste of this time and money. Never got onto the first page as they claimed and received no business from this endevor. On April 8, 2016 contacted Internet Local Listing to terminate this account. After speaking with a representative, Ryan, it became quite apparent that they would not terminate the account. It turned into 23 minutes of torture with this guy. He kept going on and on with these ridiculous questions as to why I"m terminating. I rationally explained that this was a waste of my money. I used the metaphor to express this, If you start bleeding the first thing you need to do was to stop the bleed or it's all over. As in the existence of my business. This was to no avail, he went on for the 23 minutes. I told him over 25 times to CANCEL,TERMINATE, END IT!  At this point, he stated that he would email me a cancellation form and I would have to electronicly sign it and return. He stated that I wounld receive this in a couple of minutes. Never received an email from them. So now I have been forced to cancel my credit card to stop them from debiting my card. Another inconvenience to deal with because of this unscrupulous business. Any upstanding business organization would request a reason for the termination and then proceed with the termination. Not these guys, which proves to me how unprincipled they really are. LOOK OUT!!!!
