This "company" is a total fraud, BEWARE, do not do business with. This individual is a typical scammer who answers ads on investmnet seekers for start-up companies or maybe more. He claims he represented the "Quatari family" in the middle east and that they were interested in investing in my start-up company. I DO have a Fed. Refg. Trademark and fully developed infrastructure and actively seek investors. This "person" then attempted to get me to send him monies for the "document costs" which I'm sure would have been in the thousands. NO investor should ask for "fees" to facilitate documents ever.

It is a clear sign of a scammer. THis is compareable to the Nigerian Scamming. I informed him he was being reported, to which he hit back and said he was reporting ME? He used a "GMAIL account" which is another dead giveaway. There is NO "Hall Mark Financial". I have a COMPANY email address. He does not.

He BAITED me for several weeks, and then ASKED for fees. He claims to be in Britain, but of course could be ANYWHERE.

I ALWAYS offer to meet interested investors locally and show them credentials of me and and my start-up company. THIS guy wants "FEES" to be send to him and I'm sure he will never be heard of again.

He is a complete scammer, period. Getting emails from him should not be responded to, but should be SPAMMED and reported to : spam@uce.gov
