intex corp double billed, no response, customer service doesn't answer, failed to cancel order long beach, California

I placed one order through the website, received two confirmation emails w 2 seperate order numbers. I called numerous times and sat on hold for 2 hours and never got anyone on the phone. The other times I called it says "all operators are busy due to high call volume. Please call again. Goodbye "

I never got a response other than an automated response. I tried canceling the extra order THEY placed and nothing happened. They charged my account twice for one order and are shipping 2 orders! I can only imagine how impossible the return process will be. This is ridiculous! I only placed one order & charged and shipped TWO! Think how much money they make from ripping people off.
