I recieved a letter from the Intl. Lotto Commission in August, 2004. I responded and called the claim agent, Dr. Antonio. He informed me of what I needed to do in order to receive my winnings. He gave me telephone and fax numbers of other banking establishments and names of those who were to be involved in the wire transaction of my lottery winnings. This process carried on for months, long enough for me to gather alot of information on the individuals involved. If there are any International Law Authorities reading this, I would love to help you catch these scammers, who have probably scammed alot of people out of alot of money.

Never pay money to receive money you have supposedly have "won". That's the tip-off. Doesn't matter how elaborate it is. If you are being asked to send money to receive money, you can bet it's a scam.

I wish you well in trying to get your money back.
