DO NOT Do business with these people.  My sales rep was Richard Thompson, he got the information on our original agreement completely wrong.  He does not return phone calls or emails. He is deceitful and a liar.  Then someone named Brandon finally spoke to me and to my wife and promised to rectify things.  He also then became a ghost and does not return phone calls or emails.  The equipment was installed at our expense on 11/17/2021. 

I just received the correct DMV form 920 today on 01/05/2022,  from the installer who tells me that many of the installers across the country have dropped this company due to their unprofessionalism and poor follow up and customer service. The device drains your battery and rarely starts your vehicle.  On several phone calls with customer services, promises and apologies were made when I finally was able to speak with someone, but nothing ever was done or corrected.  Wish there was a lower rating than just 1 star. 

My son has now decided to sell his truck and just wait out the next 4 months until his suspension is over at the DMV.  So when I sent emails and left messages to cancel my agreement and send a work order to the installer here in our city, to uninstall the sham equipment they lied to us about, they again do not respond.  The owner of the company who does the installations said this is a pattern with them but he cannot uninstall the equipment without a work order, which I can't get because again, nobody responds. 

We will be reporting this to our credit card company to stop all payments due to misrepresentation and fraud.  These people a scam artists.  Most of the emails are sent from email accounts you cannot respond to and the emails that have a persons name attached are also just for show.  In My 41 years as an adult, I have never been treated this poorly and all from a company who is purportedly the leader in this industry.  I will be filing complains with the DMV, BBB, Consumer Affairs, The Department of Corporations with the State of California Fraud Division and the Rip off Report website.  

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAM COMPANY, You we be sorry and you will lose money.  I know have to pay another mechanic to take this off my sons truck, then pay to ship the equipment back to these scammers.  MORE Money and time lost.  The Parent Company is Consumer Safety Technology LLC Domiciled in Iowa.
