I purchased a coffee pot on-line at Intu Store. I paid with Paypal and when I checked the details of Paypal, it shows payment made to someone with email: rolandorodriguez236@hotmail.com. I did not receive any confirmation of my order from the website so I logged in to check status. When I tried to check the status, I received an error message. I sent three emails to the company and they have not responded. I also tried to call them but the phone just rings and there is no voice mail or automated system. I have filed a dispute with Paypal and will be escalating to a formal claim with Paypal.

This place does terrible customer service

So far I have ordered a coffee pot 4 days ago from what I thought was a store.. As it turns out on when I looked at my bank statement a person by the name violet wedde got my money from pay pal...not a online store... I then tried calling the store # to see why my payment went to a person and not the company and the number is disconnected. So i emailed and no response. I emailed 3 more times asking for a tracking number and what is going on...Still no response and still no coffee maker...So at this time I have notified pay pal and filed a dispute against violet wedde... So now I gotta wait and see if I will get a coffee maker within 10 days or a refund. .. JUST a terrible scam...ripoff...fake company. ..Do not deal with the hassle of these people!!! So Rude!!!

I too purchased a Kuerig from this company at half the original price. I never recieved any confirmation from the company at all but the sale was approved through Paypal.
I tried to contact the phone number listed on their website and it was disconnected, I also sent several emails from their "contact us" form and still recieved nothing. No confirmation that my order was ever recieved or shipped.
About 7 days later I arrived home to a Kuerig sitting on my outside stairs, I opened the packing slip and to my surprise it was from Kohls.com for its original price with a sold to name on the slip, that was from Texas but a delivery address to me. I contacted Kohls.com and they verified that someone had placed this order and told me there must have been a mix up with the shipping address and asked me to return it. The next day I drove to my local Kohls store and returned the Kuerig to them.
I then went to Paypal to report a dispute for not recieving my Kuerig from the company I ordered it from and they in return sent me a Fed-Ex tracking number that was given to them from the seller, and guess what? The tracing number was from the Kuerig I recieved from Kohls.com that I returned to the store.
At the moment I have a dispute in with both Paypal and my Credit card company to try and get this resolved.
Meanwhile I'm out money and a Kuerig. This company is a scam, be aware!!!!

Coffee maker received

The coffee maker that I ordered showed up yesterday on my front porch shipped. It was shipped in the mfg. box with no packaging material. We have run water through it and it appears to be working fine. I finally received an email today from the store with a short note that item shipped and the UPS tracking number. If they had sent this email last week, I would not have filed a report on this website.
