InventHelp Invention Submission Corporation No help with submitting product info to potential companies Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

  Invention Submission Corporation (InventHelp) lead my daughter and I to believe that we could get her invention through the process of being marketed. But they didnt tell us that they were not really going to be able to do what they said they could. They told us after several follow-up calls the last call to them was in Feb 2007 was that we had to contact  research and contact these companies ourselves. Which I did try to contact some companies to no avail. And now that the economy has taken a hit I would imagine not many companies are going to risk money on invention.

I need to find out what our rights are and to find out if someone or a group of individuals are sueing them in a class action lawsuit. Because My daughter and I would be in because that was a lot of money to waste on a process that has stalled with no no success in sight. Hard earned money!! They should not be able to get away with this.
