William Matsos trolls the internet with loan offers with a small front fee. I asked how small? Matsos responded $300. After swapping emails in which Matsos promised no additional fees, I sent Walmart to Walmart to someone in New York, then redirected to someone in Georgia after Matsos explained his coordinator had died. Matsos promised he would issue loan today at noon. Instead he demanded an additional $455 transfer fee. He lied and appearance is he uses the small initial front fee to extract addtional front fees.

Matsos will counter that I did not pay his transfer fee which is true. But, this fee was assessed after he promised no additional fees.
