Garret was friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable, talked to him about 1o times, always answered the phone but as soon as my client sent him the underwriting/appraisal fee he stopped communicating with everyone involved and did not do one thing he promised. He is not licensed with CADRE or Dept of Corporations.
Office appears to be a virtual office.
He is a ripoff for sure.
