#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds
Misguided Individual
AUTHOR: William Edwards - ()
SUBMITTED: Saturday, February 28, 2015
I attemted to purchase a vehicle from this individual through Ebay. He asked me to complete the transaction outside of Ebay and asked money be wired directly to his account without verification and bypass Ebay policy.
As he made these requests in writing Ebay was able to verify such and void the transaction all together. Unfortunately, I had already given my personal information to him at the completion of the auction.
As I am in the management side of the Financial Services Industry and I do not conduct business with the public. There has been no ID fraud or otherwise.
This is simply an irate individual upset that he was unable to take advantage of me through the Ebay system.
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
