I was a resident of Tivoli Lakes Club Apartments for 2 years. My lease expired on 12/31/05 . Before I moved I cleaned and vacuumed the entire apartment.

I recieved a letter from Tivoli Lakes Club in late January 06 in reference to my security deposit and was informed that they would be taking deductions of $70.00 for cleaning, $65.00 for painting, and $150.00 for an administration fee.

Out of a security deposit of $810.00, I was sent a check for $525.00.

Beware of Apartment communities owned by Investments Limited.
