This is turning into a nightmare. I was overcharged and forced to take a in store credit. I have made over 5 different attempts to communicate with this company and no one even cares to respond back.  They have my money and my frames. Why should they care? Buy beware. Also they claim the frames that have made in Japan stickers on them where being held up because they where being shipped from Italy. What is going on can anyone  from this company have the Decency to call me back or communicate.

Between work and school I can't afford to come in and wasted time on this. I need to know that they will refund the amount they told me that they over charged back onto my card I used to purchase they overpriced glasses with. Very upset how many reviews and questions do I have to post before someone responds back. We are at 6 now? Contact me you know who I am Brad W.

All A big misunderstanding!!!! Our patient had missed a couple of messages that we had left him, in the passed 24 hours, to resolve the issues. We did inadvertently over charge him and should have given him a refund at the time.  We did not and that was our fault.  Refund will be issued!!!! The frame in question that the patient bought was manufactured in Japan but is distrubted by an Italian Co. Our staff member referenced Italy when speaking about the frame.  She will be more careful in the future.  Patient is happy now.
