This is a company that advertises No Credit Check lease to own to customers for various items. Mainly cell phones and computers. We are a retail store that signed up with this company so we could offer our customers the no credit check lease to own option. We signed a contract with IOLO that says we will have our money deposited into our checking account with-in 3 days. I completed my first contract on 11-21-14....Today is 12-05-14 and I have yet to receive my money. And guess what? We are NOT the only retailer having this problem. We have contacted IOLO over and over asking to get paid and nothing. I wonder how they can continue to debit our customers checking accounts for payments and NOT pay us. I'm not a lawyer but I would think this is fraud. If you are a retailer stay away from this company. If you are a lawyer we need your help. Thanks.

Yes, You finally paid me....PART OF MY MONEY! YOU STILL OWE ME! I was one of your agents and I signed up quite a few other merchants. Our agreement stated I would get paid a commission for each approved deal they made. Until I am paid everything you owe me I will bad mouth you every chance I get. And don't tell me my merchants didn't do any sales either because I have proof they did.

It is unfortunate that Mr. Faircloth and RodMaxx Wireless had taken to this venue to voice his displeasure with IOLO. Mr. Faircloth had been contacted by IOLO, including myself (CEO) and Mike Bagby (Director of Finance) concerning his account several times to describe the particular situation with full explanation and disclosure.
Mr. Faircloth and RoadMaxx Wireless have been justly compensated along with the other merchant he states have not been compensated prior to this posting date.
IOLO has hundreds of very satisfied merchants and continues to grow very rapidly. This is indicitive of our solid month after month growth since opening.
