i purchased system mechanic, and like other reports listed, had nothing but trouble with the computer after. replaced hard drive, reinstalled essential software only. place their emails in spam folder, thought that was it. noticed a charge on credit card for renewal. they did not have authorization for this! I never auto renew untried software! called support they said they would refund, waiting to see. I believe they are doing this repeatedly! contact states attorney generals office, if this is happening to you!
