Purchased total Ten softwares named System Mechanic 7 Professional - Up to 3 PC's - by iolo Technologies having a $40 rebate per software under the promotion #06-62439. As per that promotion company promised on the official rebate form that "Limit ten rebates per name, address, household or company".

Promotion period: Purchase made between 10/22/07 to 11/02/07 from Buy.com

Upon calling 1-800-432-9102 the CSR says that all the rebates are invalid due to "Household limit exceeded" as the limit is only for 1 rebate. Upon asking him to read the conditions on the form they did confirmed that we received all the documentation, and agreed that submitted rebate form does indicate 10 rebates.
