Without researching thoroughly I attempted to place an order for the Celebrity Teeth Whitening product. After I had entered my Credit Card information the website stated their was a problem on their website with processing the order and to try again later. I then did more research and found a flood of complaints against this company and product. Thinking I was ok until today when the product arrived. I called my cc and the charge did go through. None of the shipping documentation or their website contains a phone number or email address to contact them with a problem. Communication with them is one-way and on their terms.

I have no option but to pay for the return postage and then my CC will challenge the charge. The BBB of Colorado has a file on them since 2005 and scores them an "F". So why are they still in business? Any legitimate business will have a phone number and email. The one phone number I dug up is a recording that loops, and it is very defensive and threatening.

I will not buy anything from Colorado over the internet again since this State fails to protect Consumers.
