I was charged $265.00 for I don't know what. I never ordered anything from these people (never heard of them). I called the phone number on my credit card statement and all I ever got was a recording stating to go to "live-operator.com". I went to this site and still was unable to talk to a person. I entered my email address as requested on the site and never heard from them even after going to this site and doing the same thing as before with no response. So far my credit card company, Capital One (it's a bad company also) has done nothing.
